America Vacations Yucatán Solsan Sold me a 5days 4night all inclusive vacation that you have eighteen months to use Internet/phone
I was sold a 5day 4 night all inclusive vacation to Mexico that I had eighteen months to use. I received a call on February 1, 2017 stating that we need to make reservations, but at that time I had no idea or information on the the resorts to choose from so Julio which the person I spoke with instructed me to go to the website gotravel.mexico.com to look at the places. After that I have been trying to reach them at all numbers given to me including the direct number given by Julio at 866 367-2413X33306. None of the number can you reach anyone. I tried today April 17, 2017 still no answer I was charged $398.00 voucher #6832117 Phone number on voucher 844 859-2101
