AUTO WARRANTY SCAM.  Empire Consumer Services sells fraudulent auto policies for Liberty Auto Protection.  They promise they will cover mechanical issues with your vehicle, take thousands from you, but their policy administration is another company, American Auto Shield, who denies all claims, even when the parts are listed as covered.  Empire says they will get them covered but never call or email you back.  Then, you are sent to the parent company, Liberty Auto Protection, who says they need more time to work with Empire to enforce American Auto to pay the claim.  This is a SCAM.  Your claim will NEVER be covered.  DO NOT BUY AUTO WARRANTIES FROM ANY OF THESE COMPANIES.

Responding to the Claim issue, consumers are keeping their cars for longer periods of time than ever before. Because original warranties provided by auto manufacturers vary with regard to mileage and time limits, our company provides extended warranties that do offer a greater variety of products and services than in the past.  Extended Warranties Cover Costly Repairs and Pricey Technology, and Dealers Take Care of the Paperwork and the administrator takes care of the payment directly to the repair facility. All vehicles are diffirent, we look at your mileage and year of the vehicle and driving habits to place a policy that will suit your needs and budget.   All policies are mailed out within 48-72 hours of purchase and the consumer has 30 days to review the coverage information.  We do offer a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the coverage.  There may be certain situations where a repair may not be covered. For example, if you or your mechanic replaced a belt improperly and your engine is damaged as a result, your manufacturer or dealer may deny responsibility for fixing the engine under the warranty. The warranty would still be in effect for other parts of your car.  When you buy your policy make sure you read through it and call if you have questions.  We return all calls within 24 hours.  One tip that we do recommend is Keep all service records and receipts, regardless of who performs the service. This includes oil changes, tire rotations, belt replacement, new brake pads, and inspections. Create a file to keep track of repairs; it will come in handy if you have to use your warranty. If you ever have a warranty claim and it appears that you did not maintain your vehicle, your claim could be denied.

If you read the policy and follow the simple guidelines your claim will be paid based on what policy you purchased.
