Don't bother. They're liars, and cheats! The whole d**n thing is a scam. I called to arrange transport of our vehicle and spoke with a so called Chris Carter. Sounds amazing over the phone untl you give them your credit card number. After that, you'll never hear from the again. Chris mentioned that if I needed anything I should call his "Customer Service Man" who's no other than James Carter. They have an 800 number plus other local ones all of which reach the same place. These are brokers altough Chris swore up and down that AAT was an independent company and have their own trucks. Liar!!! They talk a good game and are pros at scamming their callers. Got a call from James Carter stating wrong information regarding the original booking date and openly admitted that they don't have their nown trucks and are having a difficult time locating a driver. Please don't waste your time and energy. Their address is bogus.
