Complaint Review: AMERICAN CASH MACHINE - St.Petersburg Florida

 I was scammed in March 2010, by this so called business American Cash machine.

I used their services @ 2yrs ago (ATM Terminal) & it was one of those machines that printed the slip for the customer to give the cashier then we give the customer the cash!(not a good idea) this generic machine always had the paper to jam up atleast 3-4 x per day & my store was way too busy to stop & play engineer to this machine...simply was a headache...soo 1 afternoon an individual contacted me @ placing a ATM terminal that dispensed cash, they come every week to refill I had no leagl liability for the machine except keep adequate secuirity & call them for maintenance & they pay me a mntly fee..So I called Brad the man that I actually have his personal cell phone # & told him I wanted to cancel he said to call Yvonne 7 she will send a call tag for UPS to pick up equipment so I did. They picked up the equipment low and behold I am not sure if it was Brad or Wayne (older guy w/bad attitude) showed up @ my store maybe 3wks later demanded to know why I canceled & I forgot & they did as well ... @ the neon ATM sign so I reminded him so he took the sign with him that day also.

Anyway that was 2yrs ago then in March 2010 i saw on my Business acct stmt the withdrawal for $500 along with the tollfree # so I called & spoke w/ Wayne he said for not returning the Equip. so I explained he told me He would fax me the refund form...took him 3 days..I returned it he said she (??) processes refunds on the 15th & last day of month* my $ would be in my acct on march 15th but that day no funds I called & left a mess w/Vance (real care free so what attitude)kept calling on 3/25/10 I called 3x that A.M. & Finally Vance said Wayne was gone to lunch call back I called back @ 3:00 Vance said Wayne was still @ lunch w/ a client & said he may not come back cause they left in a limousine.. OKAY he can go to lunch in limos and I work my a** off to make a living he gets to steal my $ out of my account & sit on it in a D*mn LIMOUSine ....H*ll NO! UNACCEPTABLE to say the least... spoke with Wayne on 26th said sorry I do not have any funds @ this time I responded oh yeah ya do YOU have my $500 he said he already spent it & has to wait until some investors give him some funds told him not my problem I returned my equipment like I was supposed to & it is not my fault they are practicing bad business he said whtever then hung up on me.

  I think what is going on here is this company has received and knows the companies like mine and others have returned their equipment. They become broke or low in funds so they scam all the bank accounts for the so called non returned eqipment fee in hopes of some not even noticing the trasaction. I understand maybe a couple of companies on a list slip through & error happens but I have done research on this company & i see a pattern of stealing & scamming this is a Federal Reserve violation and I Intend to report through the FTC.gov the Attorney General, BETTER Business Bureau, FBI, Consumer Banking & FInance, ST.Petersburg District Attorneys office and any others that have a phone, fax or Email or mailing address. I want my money back I want this company & their affiliates prosecuted & I will make this my priority, Hey  I just spoke with my State Representative Sanford Bishop he is gonna make a few phone calls in Florida for me as well cause he said that in todays trying Economy it is shameful for people to prey & steal from individuals trying to make an honest living. LOOK OUT WAYNE you stole my $$$$ now I want your freedom...Wonder if u can get a limo ride to jail????????
