I received another email today with a document in it for me to fill out to get my money back and the document states that no matter if they find your loan or not, they get to keep 99.95, i was never told this or never seen the document. I am not signing it I want ALL MY MONEY back and then some!!! I am posting what he sent: American Credit Finders Request for Refund (RR) Refund Policy American Credit Finders has a charge of $99.95 regardless if the loan is found or not. YEAH I CALLED THE NUMBER AND I ASKED CAN I SPEAK TO GREG AND THE LADY TOLD ME I HAD THE WRONG NUMBER. I ALSO DID A SEARCH ON THE HOUSES AROUND THAT AREA AND I DID NOT FIND A GREG ATHERTON OR A JUSTIN TYLER. HE IS LIAR, WHEN I SENT MY LAWSUIT NOTICES OUT TO HIM I INCLUDED HIS DAD IN MY LAWSUITE ALSO, MAYBE THAT'S WHY I GOT MY MONEY,,,,, IF YOU WANT TO SUE I AM MORE THAN WILLING TO GIVE YOU ALL THE INFORMATION I HAVE COLLECTED ABOUT THIS SITUATION MOST OF IT I HAVE LISTED IN THE NUMEROUS REPORTS THAT I HAVE POSTED ON THIS SITE.

Secret - Did you call the phone number on the money order? I have filed a complaint with the Kentucky Attorney General and sent them all of my correspondence and a copy of the money order I sent him, I have also left a message for him on the answering machine of the number listed on the BBB and I have mailed a letter to the home address. I am glad you got your money back but I think we should all get together and sue him for the amount he promised us. I suffered financial hardship depending on this loan and his lies and I want him put away for GOOD! I am just wondering if the phone number he put on the money order belongs to an innocent person, if so, someone should call and let them know he is doing this.
