American Credit Solutions Ripped me off big time this ripoff business from hell takes and takes but never delivers Tampa Florida
I wanted to fix my credit so I signed up. ON 10/29/02 they told me I needed to put down a fee of $199.95. I did a phonecheck.
I notice that they keept taking money off my account. The 199.95 was under their name ACS and a telephone number that started with 800-470. Then on 11/12/02 they took $159.00 and the name they gave was First Enterp. EFT with a telephone number of 416-850-1762. Then again on 11/29/02 they try another withdraw under RDS and a phone number starting 866-888-etc.
They sent me a package and told me that I had to buy something from a catalog they send me first and then after that they would send me my credit card. I placed an order. Then they sent me a letter telling me that I had to send them $109.00 with the order. I did send the money. Till today I have not received the items I order. I have been getting nasty calls stating that I have a credit card and I have not made payments on it from them. I never received the credit card. I put out all this money and never got anything for it. And now I am afraid that they will put that credit card under my credit report. I want my money back.

I just found out that the 416-850-1762 telephone number has been changed to 416-850-5830. Maybe this will help in getting in contact with these people.
