American Fidelity Group went above and beyond to be fair with Value Mortgage Funding. The contract was filled 100% and more. Lauren purchased not once from American Fideltiy Group but two times. The reason why? Because they liked the product. Our leads are verified and recorded for accuracy. The problem is when you have Loan Officers who do not know how to work leads then they blame the providor. Lauren also does not understand there is a difference between lead qualifing criteria and data filters. It was explained that data is only 80% accurate, but Lauren does not understand the facts. Lauren also was referred to American Fideltiy Group by an employee who left her competitor to work for her. He explained that our leads are awesome! That is why Value Mortgage Funding Purchased Twice not Once. One last thought, Lauren bragged to me that she put stop payment on her previous maketing companies check, so who is ripping who off. American Fidelity Group, went above and beyond by even giving extra leads when Lauren complained. American Fidelity has a 70% renewal rate, why because most have the experience and the ability to close loans. Our stand we sent over 150 leads that were double verified and recorded. We did our Job, the inability to close loans is not problem. Every lead met criteria based on the contract signed by American Fideltiy Group as well as Lauren with Value Mortgage funding.
