OK, now what? I tried to go into the website today and they are gone!!! No website found! I tried calling and instead of an answering machine you get a busy signal. I sent email and I didn't get the message in return that they would repond in 2 business days. Anyone out there know what is going on? This is really horrible!!! I have learned a big lesson!!!

Well, since my last report I have been sending emails and trying to get in touch with this company everyday. The last I heard from them was when I sent like 10 emails in a row and they responded by saying that they are still looking into this and asked me to be patient. How patient are we supposed to be? I have been waiting since the begining of Nov. and they can't even tell me where my floor is. I sent them an email saying that I think that they just planted the tree and are waiting for it to mature so they can cut it down and send me my floor!!! Maybe it won't help my being so sarcastic but I have to look at my floors everyday that have been prepped for the new floors and my house looks horrible. I don't even let my poor 16month old play in this area of the house she's confined to her room. I can't any information but I do send emails everyday so they know that I am not going away until I get my floors. Today i checked their site and found that the delivery tracing is back but now there is a 4 digit invoice number you have to put in instead of the old invoice number which means that I still can't even get info by typing in my original invoice number. They are just too much!!! My only consolation at times is that I have read that some people did get their floors so I am still hoping for a miracle!!!
