American Hardwood Flooring ripoff excessive delays outright lies Atlanta Internet
I originally ordered 1100 board foot of maple flooring and 520 board foot of walnut flooring in August 2004. At the time of order I was told the Walnut would ship in 2-4 weeks and the Maple would be 4-6 weeks.
I received the Walnut in late December 2004 and the Maple in Mid-January!! When I called to cancle the order after waiting 3months they outright refused a refund of any sort. Their website boasts "speak to an online shipping manager live."
I tried this many times to no avail. One time after waiting over 1 1/2 hr for a "live" person I was given no time frame for delivery and rudely disconnected.
This company is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with!!
