Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Bruce Castro, needs to be removed from the Internet and the PayPal system ASAP, I signed up for his Loan Officer's program,it took him 4-5 weeks to even responds to me after he received my $175.00, then he still to this date has not refunded my money as he has never done what he claims he will do.

then to prove to you he has mailed you the Items you are to get,He states it's all Yahoo mail system that has faied him, then to prove to you he has done what he has said he has done, he will copy and paste Headers to prove he has mailed everything to you, He is in fact a very good Liar,

as of today he still has not completed to me the products he claimed he has mailed, the mail at this time is over five weeks behind(as he states) it's always some one else who is wrong, the people didnt read this or that, they did this wrong he has never had any problems with Paypal before, That's false.

He is a true con artist,he is a fraud, and people need to stay away from this program, and the people need to get him off the Internet, I my self would like to have everyone that has had a problem with him I would to have all of you write to me and let me have a statement from you.

I want to turn them over to the State and also get federal charge's on him and his company, I am 70 Years old I can't aford to loose my money like this

and I sure would like to know how many other Sr's he has taken. This man need to be put behind Bars for the thing he has done to people and still getting away with it, Please lets get him off of the Internet Now!!!

This complaint against the all solutions Network and Bruce Castro is totally unfounded.

To put this complaint in context This complaint and other complaints against the All Solutions Network or Bruce Castro are generally totally unfounded. And those that are actually legitimate (we do not pretend to be perfect), get resolved, but due to the nature of the internet, they remain in the search engine data bases. Unfortunately, when you do business, you get complaints. Some legitimate, some out of spite, some out of simple misunderstandings, and some due to a hidden agenda. But whatever the reason, they happen. Search on this site for yourself. Search these companies that you already know and trust. I just did, this is what I found Complaints against Walmart 623, Amazon.com 188, Sears 825, Comcast 355, AllState 212, Microsoft 299,etc The All Solutions Network? 5 About 5 complaints over about a 5 year period and this, after having conducted business and interacted with literally tens of thousands of customers. I will put our record of complaints vs public interaction against anyone or any company! On the other hand, see positive letters from some of our customers. http://allsolutionsnetwork.org/member_letters.htm NOW TO THE SPECIFICS OF THE COMPLAINT AT HAND. Other than calling me a liar, alleging that I didn't respond to his emails, and alleging that I don't and haven't done what I said I was going to do (which he then acknowledges that I did), I'm still not certain of what he is complaining. We did everything we said we would do. What I do know, and can and do prove, (with his own actions and emails, listed below) is that I did everything I said I would doand more. All correspondence including headers verifying dates and times of emails sent are below for anyone who cares to examine them. 1. He alleges that I didn't contact him for weeks after he joined. However, in his own email, (see below), he states that his internet company and connection had been having problems, so he didn't even know if I was getting his emails. For a while, I wasn't. Consequently, he apparently did not originally get the training emails that had been sent, and I did not receive any emails from him stating that he had not received them This assumes that he ever sent such emails. 2. When he informed me that he had not received said material he was sent all materials (again). This included CD's, Training Manuals, Scripts, Marketing Materials, Free advertising sites, etc again, in the emails below, he acknowledges same. 3. We contracted to develop 2 individual real estate web pages, specific to him and the geographical areas, in which he wanted to work. He says that I/we do not do what we say we are going to do, However, see HIS websites (His personal phone number is removed to protect his privacy). Furthermore, in letters below he acknowledges the sites and compliments us on doing a great job. NOTE: there is a $25 dollar charge for the second site. We didn't charge it. 4. He asked us about what was necessary to get credit repaired. As a gesture of goodwill, we sent him at no cost, our Credit Manuals (normally $50). Again, verification of same is in the below emails. 5. We provide for our real estate related personnel, free leads. Around New Years, he, for the first time asked for some. This appears to be where he decided that he was being defrauded (in spite of already having received everything else). As anyone familiar with the internet knows, often, emails with large attachments sometimes get lost in the ether. When we got his request, we sent a large attachment of fresh leads. Having heard nothing to the contrary, we assumed that he had received them. 2 days later, we received another request for leads. We responded that they had already been sent but that we would send them again- and did. The next day we again, were asked for leads. We emailed him letting him know there was obviously some problem and that we would try sending them to him via other email addresses. We did so. It took 4 separate attempts on the same day, coming from varying email addresses for them to finally get to his mail box. a. He then finally acknowledged that he had them, but no longer wanted them and accused me and the company of being a fraud. Even though, I showed him via the email headers that they had been being sent, numerous times, he stuck to the accusation of fraud. b. Much like the person who says my mind's made up don't confuse me with the facts, he continues with the fraud allegation in spite of the fact that even he acknowledges-- and I can prove that he received, including but not limited to i. Training manuals, advertising and marketing materials, scripts, etc ii. 2 separate personalized websites iii. Free Credit Repair Kit iv. Free Leads, etc What seems to have sent him over the edge is the difficulty in getting leads into his email box I ask any open minded individual reading this to ask themselves this question What conceivable reason would we have to not send leads to our officers? We have in excess of 100 unworked leads EVERY DAY because we don't have sufficient personnel to properly service and call them. Every lead not called is a loan that we will never close! Why wouldn't we send them? Does it make more sense that we were trying to defraud him, by not sending leads, or that just maybe, there was a technical issue with emails? Virtually, everyone knows that emails with large attachments (as in this case), sometimes, just don't get there. That was the case here, but for some reason, he prefers to allege fraud. He was not defrauded and received everything that he was supposed to receive. This appears to be a complaint from an individual that decided that he didn't want to work and is effectively attempting extortion. Unfortunately, this not the first time we have run up against this. ********************** When we give people the opportunity to work with us, we make it VERY clear that we want only serious people that are willing to work and make phone calls. We provide the tools, they provide the effort. And we put into place protocols and limitations that supposedly assure that we receive only serious people. I don't know how we could be clearer. See from the Loan Opportunity site: ***************** We have no sign up or application fees. However, there is a $175 deposit required for setup and startup materials. Realize, we don't want your money-- we want your commitment. We've found that if a person can't commit $175 for a new career, they won't commit the time and study required to become proficient in this business. We don't want you to waste your time and quite frankly, we can't afford to have anyone waste ours. Remember, this is only a deposit. We don't want your money-- we want your commitment. Your deposit is returned to you only upon the closing of your very first loan. ***************** We provided EVERYTHING we promised, including TWO separate personalized websites and Free Leads and more (proven by his own emails, below), he has everything, and if he chooses, he can still call the leads that we sent him AND HE CALLS US A FRAUD? RELEVANT ISSUES AND EMAILS... First he alleges that I have taken 4 to 5 weeks to respond, even though he acknowledges that he had problems with his email see his email below also, in the course of my side of the story you will see many emails between us. We were in constant contact from pretty much day one. He sent me the following re his sites Bruce, I know you are very busy, But I was concern that my E Mail is not getting to you, we have lots of trouble with AT &T Internet service, I emailed the form for the website and asked if you would also include Asheville,NC for the 2nd page. On the very same day I wrote the following I apologize, I have in fact been stupidly busy, I should have your website done, by Wed, thanks for your patience. Bruce He alleges that I have never done what he claims he will do. Following are the sites that we created for him His personal phone number is removed to protect his privacy. Here are your websites. If you need any changes, please let me know. (((Redacted)))search engines Even though, he alleges that I never did what he claims he will do here is his letter after the receipt of his sites. Letter from Ron Jackson From: ron jackson [mailt(((] Sent: Thursday, December 18, 2008 6:32 PM To: Bruce Castro Subject: RE: ZIP CODE Bruce, I have received the two sites, you did a very Good Job!! I thank you so very much! Now I need to start working !!! Later! And again, Thanking you!!! RonJ On the 18th he complimented and thanked us for the personal websites that we created for him. On the 19th for some inexplicable reason, after already receiving the website, and all training manuals and materials, he contacted paypal to do a reversal of charges. Again, after we had already done the work. After speaking we mutually agreed that the reversal was unfounded so he reversed the reversal. See emails. From: ron jackson Sent: Friday, December 19, 2008 12:34 PM To: Bruce Castro Subject: RE: ZIP CODE Bruce, Yes I did tell them to reveres, they said it should be completed, also they only have a few worker do to a Snow Storm, the Lady there said no money will be returned to me its going to you, I told them everything was OK Ron Another email and answereven though, according to him, we are not in contact. Q- Bruce, if I use a business card am I to have a name for my business(AKA) A- Use the company name. Q- also, do you have any samples of ads some place on the site I can use or do you have any for Newspaper ads?? A- I don't generally use newspaper ads, due to the expense. You can use free ad sites like Craigslist. Also, there are many message boards that in response to the many questions you can simply use a rather generic answer such as Even in today's economy and the tightening of credit markets you can still buy and you can do it with nothing down. For more details please see (link to your page) Q- what search engine do you use? A- Yahoo, msn, google also use the many search engines that are on your ASN site http://allsolutionsnetwork.org/submit_2_search_engines.htm Q- are you useing Auto responder? A- No, if they fill out your form, their info will be sent to directly to you. Then just call them. Q- what about hosting? A- With your loan site, no need for hosting We've got it covered :-) Q- I know lot of questions, I want this business to fly!! A- Questions are the sign of an active mind I love them. Another email From: ron jackson [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Saturday, December 20, 2008 8:15 AM To: Bruce Castro Subject: RE: RE:(No Questions Today) Thanking you so much! It will be a Pleasure working with you!! Again, Thanking you Ronj Another email from Me, the person who supposedly doesn't communicate. From: Bruce Castro [(((Redacted))) Sent: Wednesday, December 24, 2008 11:16 AM To: '[email protected]' Subject: RE: RE:(Questions Today) and Pay Pal information Note: He had asked for a reversal of charges on the 19th and acknowledged that it was unwarranted. It took until for 12-24 for him to get it resolved. OK, I just got off the phone with Paypal supervisor, and it has been resolved. Please let me Know if you are still having a problem. Q- Now, I ask the other day, how do I make any money on my sites if everything on them has your name and phone numbers on them??is there some code? A- First, we know from experience that 9 of 10 phone calls come from the number near the app form, which, of course, is yours. So you will get most of the calls. The site that your page is located on has hundreds of pages that specifically market many cities. Each site markets, as you know, other services. Anything that comes to that number is routed to the service that they ask for. i.e. home loans. Anything that turns into a real estate loan lead is made available to loan officers. As you know when you are ready, all you have to do is write and say, send me leads and we send them to you. ALL of these leads come from sites that were other than yours and result from the methods that we use. Bottom line, it is possible that a few people will call from your site and get sent somewhere otherer than to you. But trust meyou have many, many more leads available to you because of this system than you lose. Q- One other question: I was asked today if that removal works? does it? and how do I get a copy of it?? A- Removal tool I'm not sure what you are referring to? Credit? He was referring to the credit repair services and manuals. Ultimately, as a gesture of goodwill, we gave it to him, even though it usually has a $50 cost. Q-OK, I am ready to do some business!!!!! A-Remember, when you want leads, just write me and in the subject line write Send me leads. I'll send about 20 or so. He had previously asked about the cost of credit repair. To:(((Redacted))) Date: Saturday, December 27, 2008, 10:06 PM Q- Asking about credit repair. A- I have most people pay for it, but in your case, I'll just give it to you. Here's Ron Thanking us for the Credit Manuals... From: ron jackson [mailt(((Redacted))) Sent: Saturday, December 27, 2008 10:14 PM To: Bruce Castro Subject: Re: Credit Improvement Kits Thanking you so very much!!!! On Tue 12/30/2008 7:44 PM Ron Sent the following asking for leads. After the end of the work day and with the next day being new years eave, he finally asked for leads. I did not read the email in a timely fashion because quite frankly, for a change, I did what everyone else does, I took a couple of days off with my family and didn't read my emails for a few days. I then received the following. On Sun 1/4/2009 6:28 PM Ron sent the following I said I would take a few leads Immediately after receiving this email I sent about 30 leads. Following is the actual head information re the email that verifies that they were sent and when From: "Bruce Castro" To: Subject: about 30 leads Date: Sun, 4 Jan 2009 19:12:45 -0800 MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="----=_NextPart_000_00CB_01C96EA0.6CCA26A0" X-Priority: 3 X-MSMail-Priority: Normal X-Mailer: Microsoft Outlook Express 6.00.2900.3138 X-MimeOLE: Produced By Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.2900.335 The leads were sent, I then assumed everything was fine, until on 1-06 I received the following From: ron jackson [(((Redacted)))] Sent: Tuesday, January 06, 2009 12:13 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Bruce send me leads Bruce send me leads. Thanks Ronj I then sent the following (notice that I copied them to myself, to see if I would get them- I was beginning to suspect that there was a technical email issue). I, did in fact, receive the leads, but apparently Ron, did not. From: Bruce Castro [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, January 06, 2009 12:53 PM To:(((Redacted))) Cc: bruce other ([email protected]) Subject: RE: Bruce send me leads Ron, I sent 30 day before yesterday. I'll send them again. They are coming from [email protected] If you don't have them see them in 15 minutes, please check your spam folder. I then received the following From: ron jackson [mailto:(((Redacted))) Sent: Tuesday, January 06, 2009 1:16 PM To: Bruce Castro Subject: RE: Bruce send me leads Bruce, I'm sorry I have nothing,& nothing in my spam. Why do I have so much trouble getting mail from you when I get it all over and no problems??? Bruce are you looking for help, If I or Janet can be of help Please let us know. Ron I then responded as follows: From: Bruce Castro [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, January 06, 2009 1:44 PM To:(((Redacted))) Subject: RE: Bruce send me leads I truly do not know what the heck is going on. I just sent them to you, and myself at my yahoo address. And they got to my yahoo address immediately. So I forwarded them to you from my Yahoo address. Hopefully they will be there momentarily. As to why you might not get my emails, when you send as many as I do from this address, they might in some cases be getting considered spam but even that doesn't make sense. You've gotten most things other than the leads? Possibly the size of the email, due to the attached leads? I'm stumped! Hopefully they'll be there in a moment. Thanks ********* After this email, I assumed things were fine and if there was a problem he would let me know and we'd try another option a different email that I'd send it from or a different email he receives it to Instead I received the most threatening extortion laden email that I have ever received. So much so that I have no inclination to copy it here. I immediately tried sending leads again from ANOTHER email address in the faint hope that it might make it to him. Following is the said email which included the attached history of headers that had been accumulating on all the attempts that had been made to get him his leads. Instead of acknowledging the obvious technical issues that had for some reason been at play. He flipped and made the stated assumption that I had defrauded him. Hear are the headers on the attempted sending of leads. --- On Tue, 1/6/09, Bruce Castro wrote: From: Bruce Castro Subject: Fw: about 30 leads (((Redacted))) Cc: [email protected], "bruce casto" Date: Tuesday, January 6, 2009, 1:34 PM ----- Original Message ----- From: Bruce Castro To: (((Redacted))) Sent: Sunday, January 04, 2009 7:12 PM Subject: about 30 leads Tell me if you got these?? He flipped and made the assumption that I had defrauded him. He lost it even though, in his own emails he acknowledges He received his training manuals, marketing materials. Then after trying to reverse his paypal charges, he reversed the reversal, acknowledging he had everything. Then he acknowledged the 2 specific real estate websites that we created for him. Then he thanked us for doing such good work. When he asked about the cost of Credit Repair, as a gesture of goodwill, we gave it to him. He thanked us profusely. Then because there was problem in his receiving leads, he calls me a fraud. This even though, he early on acknowledges that HIS email server has problems and he fails to acknowledge that there was any possibility that there was a technical problem. Even though, I showed him the emails and headers on every attempt that I made to get him his leads. I can and did show him that I spent that entire day trying to find a work around for the technical problem that was being experienced on his end. As shown in the emails, the leads were, in fact, being delivered to other emails but for some inexplicable reason, not his. On January 6 when I was informed that he hadn't received the leads that were sent on January 6th, I tried on 4 different times, from 4 different accounts to get him his leads. Finally, the 4th was a charm. But once he acknowledged he had them, he said he didn't want them. He instead chose to accuse me of fraud. For the record, could someone please tell me why we would not want to send leads to our officers? We have in excess of 100 unworked leads EVERY DAY that we don't have sufficient personnel to properly service and call them. Every lead not called is a loan that we will never close! What makes more sense? That we were trying to defraud him? or that just maybe, there was a technical issue with emails? I'm not even going to comment on his motivations, but I will state unequivocally that we provided all that was promised and more. He was not defrauded!
