I made an online order for a sweatshirt on 29 OCT. The tracking information that they sent said that it was processed through their Chicago, IL facility 2 November and as of 11 November, it still has not arrived in Indiana. I made a customer service inquiry, and they just resent the shipping information that said it was processed 2 November. This appears to be a scam company and I will never do business here again. AVOID!
