This is an online company from China that sells a variety of miscellaneous items; cell phone cases, jewelry, etc. I had ordered a Galaxy S6 Edge phone case. The quality is poor. Very cheap plastic back makes it difficult to put on and to remove it from the phone. I contacted AmericanLoco.com to inquire about a refund. They asked me what was the reason for the return. I explained and they tell me this;

"Our company's return policy is if an item doesn't arrive, doesn't match the description, damage and your payment is eligible, we’ll reimburse the full cost of eligible purchases paid or a replacement.

My phone case "Doesn't match the description", yet they are refusing to give me a refund. The quality is NOT fully described on their site. This is the problem. Stay away from this online merchant. It is very disappointing that, if I am unhappy with a product, I can't return it and get my money back. Nowhere in their site does it state "no refunds". It might as well, because they refuse to do so.
