American standard online.com Potential homeowner Montecito California
So weve been a member for almost 30 days as members you are to drive by homes. Print a letter. mail the letter to the homeowners present address. And wait for a response.
so we drove by a few homes in one of three potiential residency seem great since we could view different homes in same neighbor hood turns out homes aren't even for sale, rent or pre foreclosure or foreclosed homes.
they have homeowners n families that are not moving. we have specifically wanted a particular zip code however they have no listing for tht area they have only two listings in the zip code of our second choice.
I called they are going to manually update the listings. so as of now I have invested 199+ 50 in gas and can't get my refund for 3 months due to there refund policy NO cancellation til AFTER 90 days with 5 denial letters
so im forced to continue this dummy mission not to mention that I have to pay for the postage ok poor .50 ain't much but when it adds up with other expenses I better find a home with no down payment ijs i once read tht all business ain't good business and that just because its not a scam doesn't mean there best for business they might be in CA but not VA
