My mom has been scammed and I went through all the checks. On the back, they are all endorsed and the same Primary Account Number os 000 68524 is listed on the top. I can't read it all clearly, but am having my bank provide me with their information...
The checks are made out to the following companies, A.S.P. (American Sweepstake), C.A.P. (Contest America Publishers). S.R.C. (Sweepstake Reporter Company), Mr. Cashman (Contest America Publishers), Special Report Confirmation, A.P.C. or A.P.I. (Contest America Publishers Inc.) Award Processing Center, N.A.A.C. (Opportunities Unliited Pub, Inc)
They are all a scam and if anyone knows how to actually contact them, I would greatly appreciate the information.
It sucks that they prey on the elderly and that the elderly are so trustworthy...
Any info will be greatly appreciated.
