AMERICANA COUTURE Ripoff wrong merchandise was sent and I sent it back and cannot get my money refunded or get a response via email or by phone TUCSON Arizona
I ordered a shirt that took 2 months to receive. when I finally got it it was the wrong merchandise.
I tried numerous times by phone and email and there is no response. I did send the package back insured and express to try and clear it up but still nothing.
All i want is my money back. Is there something people can do to protect themselves from this kind of awful business?

Mark and Maryanne convicted of hiding assets involved in their bankruptcy with regard to paintings worth about $480,000. Maryanne recently found guilty of 54 counts of selling unregistered securities, three counts of fraudulent schemes and artifices, and one count of illegally conducting an enterprise. The company involved was Safari Media. Her convictions in Pima County Superior Court mean Chisholm faces from five to more than 300 years in prison at her Nov. 23 sentencing. She was accused of bilking $24 million from people all over the country who invested in her company, Safari Media. Chisholm used investors' funds to fly private jets to exotic locales such as Puerto Vallarta and to splurge during shopping trips to Rodeo Drive and Neiman Marcus. Seized records show Chisholm and her husband, Mark, themselves spent $3.2 million on their American Express Card, $219,000 on brokerage accounts, $156,000 for home furnishings and art, $150,000 on personal loans and $510,000 on vehicles. Maryanne hasn't been sentenced yet. The Chisholms both still face probable indictments for fraud with their new company..Americana Couture. Americana Couture has it's own "bad trader" page at Traderlist, which is a website to wanr others of fraudulent people scamming others online. If you do a search for "Traderlist", you will find the site. Then search by location and you will find Americana Couture. Maryanne apparently tells consistent lies and has told many stories about why items haven't shipped plus has repeatedly given out false tracking numbers. The Chisholm's were very upset that people were posting about their scamming at Traderlist and have tried to shut the site down several times and tries to scare people with lawsuits if they say anything about them. At first, they weren't owners of the companym now they are. All lies. Very interesting reading at Traderlist and all the truth. Also, the BBB has accurate reports on these people/this company.
