America's Choice Reader Service unauthorized withdrawl from my account Great Falls Montana
I tried to cancil this membership shortly after I got suckered into it. I cannot afford the $39.97 a month. I was new on the internet and wham I was a sucker for them. They told me that there was no way that I could back out of the membership. Since then they have over charged my account. As I was going through this months bank statement, I had 2 charges from them. One for $42.87 on November 2, 2007 and another for $39.87 on November 8, 2007.
Then on November 26,2007 at 2:00pm I received a phone call from them wanting me to release another payment to them, because my debit card would not allow them to take another payment. (NO FUNDS) If this would have gone through it would have made 3 payments in one month. If I cannot afford one payment of $39.87 how am I to afford 3 payments a month. I just want them to stop taking money from my account.
