2/07/09 I have settled with this fraud company ...my suggestions are that you file complaints with the consumer protection agencies in your home state as well as the state of Montana ...the collection notices you might receive are from the same people under a different ruse..do not pay a penny or be intimidated..once you pay you will be locked in to their scheme. I was able to get on paper that they were cancelling my account and creditied my credit card all unauthorized charges (which they have done) These frauds are well known and with a little intimidation on your part they WILL back off
