Cell phone calls that do not answer and when you call the number back, you reach a "do not call registry" whose mailbox is full. From the information I've read online, this company only calls cell phones and already has information on credit cards, employment, etc. If someone does accept their offer of low cost books, they get a bill for considerably more than they agreed to!
