Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
After half a year of recieving their service I have run into financial difficulty and can no longer make my payments. I called them to cancel (they wont do anything by email) in which their phone systems where down for 2 hours. I talked to a guy named George (on phone sounds like a woman?) that said he can't cancel my account (cancel period 3 days) but bring my payments down to $38 (from $51).

I then asked (all in normal voice tone) for a copy of the subscription agreement. He then told me that they don't have any copies and that I should have recieved one after signing up. Whether I did or not doesn't really matter as if they know the what the terms are then they obviously have a copy somwhere at their facility. He said he could play back the recording of the "verbal agreement" and I told him that would be fine so that I may record it for my own file (i have studio).

He then said that I don't have his permission to record his voice and I told him that is OK you don't have to talk at all just play the message.

He said he doesn't want to play games and hung up the phone.

I don't take this lightly as I am gonna go up to Great Falls and talk to them personally. I feel they will change their minds when they see how angry they make people.

Anyway I call back and the supervisor picks up the phone and says that he can lower my payments to $51 and that George was wrong in bringing the payments down from $38. What a scam!!!

Not only is there no written agreement or verbal agreement(since they wont furnish one) so there is no real substance as to which they cannot cancel an account.

They also gave me $1000 "shopping spree" which was a junk site of items that cost more than their value for shipping(which is paid by you). The $1000 is just for the "opportunity" to purchase things. What would they say if you didn't need shipping and was within driving distance of the warehouse?

They also signed me up for 3 trial memberships(all scams listed on various scam reports) that asked for check numbers etc. One of the trial memberships also signed me up for 3 more trail memberships all of which billed me ~$50. The second set of trial memberships sounded like they came from India which they very well indeed could have.

Can someone furnish me an actual address of this services place so that I may make the trip up there to sort this out with these people at ACRS?

They can no longer do business and I will do everything in my power to break their "company" up. This isn't about price but about principal.
