Today my mother and I tried to cancel services. We called capital one to help but apparently our call was blocked once we tried we succeeded once, the lady talked to my mother wasn't doing her job, she spoke out of term, questioned my authority and hung up.
We tried to call back and your lines are blocked, all we wanted was to cancel for the services and to be honest we never ever received any magazines and its been a month of your "assumed" purchase.
