A company by the name of America’s Health Advisors called me again after about 6 times already, decided to see what health insurance plan they could offer for me & my son (whom lives in a different state). I was speaking with an agent by the name of Tiffany Bredeson @ ext 205, explained to her the plan I needed for us & a price range we wanted/needed it at. I was given verbally by her all the plan has coverage on & for, of course she’s spilling out a “sales spill” very fast so I couldn’t write things down quick enough, she quoted premium amount every month plus the one-time enrollment fee. Of course she wanted me to purchase plan right at that moment just like all these other third-party insurance agents/companies/Advisors, like to do to make their commission, I know how the games on played! I explained several times just like I have with all the others, I will not purchase anything until I see an email in writing that says exactly what was verbally, high speed talk, quoted to me & everything that’s covered, including deductibles & wait periods.

After several discussions, she gave me her word that if I wanted to ensure & get to lock in that quote, I needed to at least give her my card #, nothing would charged, she would send me that email right after we were finished so me & my boyfriend could review plan and make sure that’s what we wanted. Then she transfers me to a lady in the “enrollment verification dept”, whom never gave me her name, verbalized that I needed to do electronic signature with her on the line with me to sign off regarding permission to run my info for insurance verification? So as shes sending each text, that had insurance plan info attached prior to me e-signing, I would send that page to my email so I could print up myself in case I didn’t get email regarding the plan & its coverage. So after signing e-papers, I waited a hour to give them time to get copy of insurance plan & pricing, needless to say I never got them. And when I tried To pull e-papers I signed....the contract papers don’t pull up!! Just says “page expired!!”

I look up the company name that I was given & there is nothing found on a company by that name!! I just got ripped off, and pretty much it was a scam!! I’m contacting my bank right now to inform them to not accept ANY MONEY DEDUCTIONS TAKEN FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FROM THIS COMPANY NOR ANY OTHER AMOUNT LIKE I WAS QUOTED UNDER ANOTHER NAME!! My advice, and I should have taken my own advice myself today...DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSON/AGENT/COMPANY YOUR FINANCIAL OR PERSONAL INFO UNTIL YOU SEE IN WRITING WHAT WAS DISCUSSED VERBALLY VIA PHONE OR ONLINE/INTERNET!! If they say they can’t, then they’re hiding something!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!
