America's Service Company Ripoff Home Buyer Beware Experts at Foreclosure Greenbelt Maryland
Purchase Home back in 2003 with a different company, It was sold to ASC about a year after purchse, all has been good until recently. America's Service Company toward the end of last year, started charging for insurance when I had insurance on my home. Then started charging for all home taxes when I had already paid them. I have been working outside of the country for the past three months. Just returned this past friday to a wasps nest. Well my last payment to ASC was in May, and I let then know I was going to be out of country. Speaking to them, according to there record I haven't made a payment since January and they have foreclosure on my home back in July. This has taken place with no notice to me and I am in process of attempting to save my home. I have invested approx. 40k in payments to these people. They seem to be pros at this type of activity. I would be interested in a class action suit. Anyone else interested....
