I went on the website of the Texas Bureau of Private Security and I looked up Americore Security's Management/Owners who were listed there and I noticed there were a LOT more people listed there than there usually is; AND I DID NOT SEE ANYBODY ON THAT LIST WITH AUTHORITY TO REPRESENT THE MANAGERS AND OWNERS OR MANAGERS AND OWNERS THEMSELVES NAMED ARNOLD OR MARTY. I am sure that any of the people who are managers and owners would like to know about people who MAY be PRETENDING to represent them. I reread your post several times and was not able to make very much sense out of it. SUPPOSEDLY two guys named Marty and Arnold offered your security company some accounts because they could not afford to pay their guards...THIS MEANT THE CLIENT WASN'T PAYING THEM OR THEY WERE TAKING THE MONEY AND NOT PAYING THE GUARDS... And you did not contact the client and ask them what the story was? I also notice that you did not include the name of your company either. THE ENTIRE PROCEDURE SOUNDS HIGHLY IRREGULAR. Normally, they SELL you the accounts. Word of mouth does not hold up in court and these days you can't trust anybody -- ESPECIALLY PRIVATE SECURITY GUARD CONTRACTORS! Their license is good. THE UNPAID EMPLOYEES NEED TO CONTACT THE TEXAS PAYDAY PEOPLE AT THE TEXAS WORKSOURCE IN REFERENCE TO COLLECTING THEIR BACK PAY!
