I have had major problems with Americredit. i contacted them to make a payment. it was late.my mom made a pymt on the account which she paid over the net.

I called them to tell them to take money from her account from now on with her approval. they still came into my bank account without my authorization, pulled out what they wanted, then a few days later put it back in after already making my account overdrawn over 100 dollars then they took it out again 3 days later. already i had spoken with them to only pull any money out of my moms account.

they have been accessing my bank account whenever they feel like it and have created major financial problems on me. during all of this, they even sent out a repo man even after they said they were not going to cause the payments were made. The next payment isnt due till may 19th. so why are they taking money out still??? my gripe here is they are accessing my bank account without my approval. To me, this is fraud. I am filing also with the BBB. these people should never be in business. they are scam artists and getting away with it. Somebody needs to stop them.

You have options to stop the bleeding

You might try calling your bank to see if they can block this particular company from processing transactions on your account. Many larger banks and credit unions have the capability of doing this, all you have to do is ask them. If they don't have this option, you may consider closing your account due to fraud, and have your bank reissue you a new account/account numbers, etc. Although this is sort of a hassle because you have to wait for new cards, etc, at least it will stop the bleeding from them drawing money out of your account. Last, never, never NEVER under any circumstances give ANY company authorization to auto-withdraw funds from your account, not unless you've done business with them in the past and they are a reputable company. People and computers make mistakes and it can be to your detriment. Good Luck!
