Americredit ripoff slow prossessing Toronto Ontario
My husband and I are to going thru the same crap dealing with Amercredit.
We have fallen behind with our auto payments, with three kids and other household bills we think paying electricity and gas is more important than the truck.
If I am going to be a week or so late in paying I phone americredit and let them know, only a few times have I been mistreated by a representative, and they say we will note the account. Then the headache starts I get phone calls from them at least once a day sometimes twice, and each time I tell them the same thing the payment will be made on such and such a day.
THE PHONE CALLS JUST KEEP COMING.
Now I don't even answer the phone this is border line harrasement! We were also told we could refinance since this is not our first auto loan and never have we fallen behind before, the only thing wrong with our credit is a student loan which we are still paying off, and haven't missed a payment in 3 years!!
Our payment are $655 per month, its killing us.
I recently phoned them with a complaint I get my checks back from them after they have cleared and I notced a slight differnce in days on the cheques and my statement, if the payment is received on the 8th they don't post it till a week later, and at 13 dollars a day in late fees applied to my account that adds up to alot of money they say it is just a mistake and assure my that they were posted on the correct day, but I can't see that, the math don't work out.
Someone please help us we need relief from these scam artists!!!!
