Ameriplan, AmeriplanUSA, Ameriplan Health owns it's brokers, members, your life, future & they do it in America. ripoff Plano Texas
Ameriplan delivers alot of hype about Delivering on the Promise & Life time Residual Income. But when you do make it to RSD a Regional Sales Director, the Ameriplan Sales Director Agreement states, binds you & holds you to the agreement that they own your business, your members (who roll to AmeriplanUSA when you leave) and you can Not persue any of your business upline, members or downline for Any Other MLM's. Even for two years after you are asked to leave. There are many Top Earners who have affiliate companies that they make money on other than Ameriplan. They usually have it under the sanction of Endorsed by Ameriplan. ie: leads, mailbox studio, simple as abc, growth pro,etc.
They teach you to prospect your friends & families from your warm market, but you can not offer them even a saving plan for their phone service (even if it is free to join). When they do want the new MLM phone service, Your Broker ship is Frozen with out notice, stripped from you & they do not even pay you for the last month of Life Time Residual Income Business built over the last 4 years. I put in 5 new members on 1/30/06 they held that account & I have yet to be paid for January's new business commission or the residual income on the books. I will be hearing from the daughter Lawyer.
The Big Dog: DSM, Jim Hardin sends a letter wtitten & postmarked 2/3/06 that says "We are very sorry that you have chosen to terminate your extremely valuable AmeriPlan Membership. Our records show that this happened because: 23-Per DSM. Unless you choose to change this cancelation, your money making opportunity will be expired on 02/02/2006." I recieved this on 2/7/06.
On 02/02/06 when I found my back office was frozen I called & asked for a copy of the rulings I violated. And what is the 23-Per DSM? As of 2/18/06 I have not received anything but threats Jim Hardin that I will hear from the Family Lawyer with a possible lawsuit.
The service I told people about is a new telecom company with low cost phone service that will help everyone keep their bills at a fixed rate for unlimited calling which will save them money & help with the calling you do in a MLM business. Now I find that Ameriplan Has announced that they are going to USE the same low cost same phone service Therefore is the probable reason I lost my brokership. I found the phone service first & they want to capitalize on it & I am in the way. This phone service was not competive with Ameriplan's health plan sevice.
Now my whole upline is accusing me of lying, taking money from them, not being a team player, loosing the Vision of the Dream, & not living up to their game plan " see you at the top". Funny how this was all simultaneous with their push to NVP, built on:"we love our team so much we have a 90% retention & we just love them in to success"!
We could not get providers in our rural area, the Ameriplan Health is a joke here, the 400, thousand provider list is a Suggested list of Doctors, who when called are dropping off and will not be part of Ameriplan. Perhaps Ameriplan is past it's prime time. I will look bakc onthis & see that I was getting out in time before they took all my rights away!

Page 34 states this CROSS-RECRUITING ***IMPORTANT*** AMERIPLAN? DOES NOT DISCOURAGE PARTICIPATION IN OTHER NETWORK MARKETING ORGANIZATIONS. HOWEVER, A BROKER CANNOT ENROLL OR ATTEMPT TO ENROLL ANOTHER AMERIPLAN? BROKER INTO OTHER NETWORK MARKETING COMPANIES. IN ADDITION, NO BROKER CAN PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTION THAT ATTEMPTS TO ENROLL OR CAUSES ANOTHER BROKER TO BE SPONSORED OR ENROLLED THROUGH SOMEONE ELSE INTO ANOTHER NETWORK MARKETING COMPANY. AN IMPORTANT INVESTMENT IS MADE WHEN ENROLLMENT OCCURS, THUS FORMING A VALUABLE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TWO BROKERS. AMERIPLAN? HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROTECT THESE RELATIONSHIPS AND REGARDS CROSSRECRUITING AS GROUNDS FOR TERMINATIONOF THE BROKER BENEFITS AGREEMENT. That has always been the case and has been in the brokers manual as long as I can remember. Basically it sounds like they were concerned you were using your position of trust with other Brokers in AmeriPlan to lure them into some other business endeavor. Can you imagine your boss catching you talking his other employees to work somewhere else? I can't think of a single business owner that would be comfortable with that! It seems some people go into BUSINESS with AmeriPlan, but fail to see they are running a BUSINESS. And being your own boss is the hardest business of them all to me! But what the company offers is as real as any storefront business. I've seen restaurants fail, but does that mean restaurants don't work and are a scam? Most people fail at running their own business because they fail to plan. I know AmeriPlan does not just up and yank anyones brokership without their being warning s first. If they warned you you were doing something against company policy and you ignored the warning, then you probably should not have expected less than what you got. I'm glad you got out just in time, I think I got in just in time!

They rewrite the Policy & Proceedure Manual to fit..

I have been on WARNING from the new DSM for my area. After over a month, he finally got the page 34 of the policy & proceedure to me, that was I had violated to me. Funny how PRIOR when I looked for that page, the manual online only had to page 28...then all the rest were blank. Do they think we are so blind that we can not SEE that even the font on what they added is different, larger, added at the end of the page? The Willable & Sellable LIFE TIME RESIDUAL CONTRACT they AWARD you when you have accomplished your first 6 & 4 sign ups in to the business are Ameriplans even for two years after you ar kicked out! If they were your friends & family they can not be talked to about any other business opportunity. Even if they left the MLM Ameriplan! I know of many NSD's who have just up & left Ameriplan. Take note & ask Why?? Really I thank God I am out & HE is the one who can take care of Ameriplan. I choose to Love what I do & not be Afraid of Ameriplan. The evidence is there.... will you let them own you? Will they Deliver on their Promise or Promises??? I don't see it happening.
