Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
The professional con artists at AmeriPOS (and all the other names they have used) have a slick scam that fools even sophisticated investors. The thieves who are the promoters of this scam (and they are all very good actors) are excellent with words and can make even the most intelligent and educated person, one who does all due diligence and research before investing, believe that he or she will make money.

The reality is that the program is like investing in a Mom and Pop grocery store when that store is surrounded by industry giant chains. It is not, and never will be, a viable business for a small investor but we all get reeled in because none of us knew anything about this industry and didn't have the resources to unveil the scam before we had been conned.

I bought ten point-of-sale terminals. I had no way of knowing that I was paying one hundred times the normal retail price for the units. Unlike many other investors, I did receive my terminals but I think it was only because I was the "squeaky wheel" and they shipped my terminals so I would quit calling.

I paid a fee of $150.00 per terminal for AmeriPOS to locate and install them.

I complained so long and so loud about locating that David Tarr offered a deal. He would assign locations to me that he claimed belonged to AmeriPOS and not investors. In exchange I would give him my still brand new, in-the-box terminals. Still the fool, I accepted his offer and gave him my terminals and he sent a "locator" to Houston. This "locator" visited locations that already had terminals installed and "re-assigned" them to me. When he was through he gave me a list of these locations.

I started visiting these locations to get to know the merchants and discovered that I had been scammed again! All the locations "re-assigned" to me actually belonged to other investors and I had given my terminals to AmeriPOS.

I managed to get my terminals back and they are sitting in my home, still brand new and in the original boxes. The only money I will ever recover will be the amount I can get by selling these terminals. I am wiser but so much poorer.

I don't know if these vermin will ever pay for their crimes but I urge anyone reading this to check into the action being taken by Cyndee, who is a victim trying to get some justice for all of us. She is a paralegal working for an attorney in Ringgold, Georgia and has established a web site with information. I urge anyone who has been conned into giving your money to this scam to check into this action.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
