Ameriquest Mortgage Ripoff We were scammed by Ameriquest In 2004 they over appraiesed or home and since then we have not been able to refinance with them or any other company and now we are stuck with a high payment and an adjustable rate that we are unable to get out of Santa Ana California
We refinanced with ameriquest Mortgage Co. in 2004 they sent out an agent to fill out our paper work and he mentioned an adjustable rate and we told him there was no way we wanted an adjustanle rate he told us in 6 months we would be able to go to a fixed rate.
They sent out an apprasier to appraise our home and the agent called us and said he has good news that our home appraised at 218,000,and it is a modular home and now after the 6 months we tried to refinance thru Ameriquest and other mortgage companies and couldn't get apraised for any more than 170,000 and we have a 200,000 dollar note.
We are hoping there is someone out there that can help us with this problem.

Well guys there is help! I and so many others here all across the United States are in the same boat as you are!! Please read both of the Holland Michigan post word for word and you will be able to get all the help you need in saving your home! I live here in Holland Michigan and have been working with an attorney here by the name of Hall and they have sanved my home from being foreclosed on. Ameriquest tryed the same thing with me, except this time they messed with the wrong guy. Two years ago they tryed to take my home and I am still in my home to this day and I am not going anywhere. Right now its just a waiting game and I can wait as long as they want me to. If I was in the wrong they would of had my home a long time ago. I have steared many people here in Michigan in the right direction and they have all kept their home with this Attorney here in Michigan. This company will be stopped and we will prevail in the end. So read both of the Holland Michigan post word for word and you will be in the right direction. This is a fine web site and has helped me and many others share information so we can all stop this monster we all call Ameriquest. Good Luck and God Bless you and your family!
