Ameritrust Financial Removed $200.00 from my bank account for a credit card that I never recieved and I can't get through to them on the number they supplied Hollywood Florida
Ameritrust Financial called me and offered a "deal". They said it would cost $200.00 and then I would have a $10,000.00 limit and would be able to draw up to $2,000.00 to be deposited into my checking account. I gave the okay then never heard from them again. The 866 number they suppied doesn't do anything accept say that my entry (2 to talk to customer service) is not understandable.

This is definately a situation that needs to be cleared up with this customer. Our company offers a $2000 line of credit on our card. Each customer has to go over terms and conditions and are ask specifically 3 different times if they agree to all of this. In order to take care of this customer they would need to provide more information than what is posted here. We would need to look up their account in order to resolve this issue.
