www.amlmarketing.co.uk and jmadvertising.co.uk and srbmarketing are essentially the same company affiliated with cobra. AML marketing presents itself as a successful compan but has difficult retaining any workers. www.amlmarketing.co.uk didn't explain that it was door-to-door selling and that they don't employ you since you are apparently self-employed which allows you to earn way less than minimum wage even before tax. AML Marketing won't pay your tax.

This is not a job! You pay your own petrol to go out into the field, you don't get free tea or coffee, they are hardly even allowed breaks!

The hours are enormous. It's all commission based and so often they can leave at 11am, and not be getting back to the amlmarketing office until around 12am midnight!

www.amlmarketing.co.uk the job is essentially if you wake up at 7am, to get to work for 11am, to not get back until 12am, that is about 18 hours, with most of it being working...outside...whatever the weather...on foot! Talk about being a glutton for punishment...

First Day: I got on the early train from my home in Canterbury and met the rest of Field Representatives in Maidstone at aml marketing. Collected some 'merch' (the forms for applications) and headed back to the train station where we were selling for 6 hours.

It was 8pm, I had made 30 (wow 5 an hour), and i thought it was home time. But no, it was back to the office to 'de-merch'. And then back on the train to Canterbury. I left in the morning at 7am, and got back home at 10:30 pm. Not really a 'short day'. For more than 12 hours of work related activity I had netted 30, so about 2 an hour then? That before tax? What about the 15 travel expenses, 5 food and drink? So about 0.8 /h.

Over 5000 offices have been opened over the past few years, but only a select few hundred remain open. Why? Because Owners become bankrupt. Just like www.AMLmarketing.co.uk closing down in Liverpool and failing. The owner was making no profit, just a loss.
