Complaint Review: AMX Logistics - Dothan Alabama

jared moore is still scamming hard working Owner Operators and Small Fleets.  You should consider avoiding using a BROKErage that doesn't pay their bills unless you enjoy fighting for your money.  As you will notice in jared moore's post, he has all this eveidence that I am the bad guy and I miss appointments blah blah blah, but when asked by me to just post that so called "evidence" up here for everyone to see, he goes radio silent.  Not really unexpected.  I will be posting the actual paperwork here for everyone to see who is lying and who is telling the truth.  moore is just a wannabe in the Trucking Industry and has been sheltered and protected by his dad, Mr. White, for long enough.  Let's get this out in the open so that they can suffer what they have coming.  As far as me causing harm to their "reputation"?  How do you harm the bottom of the barrel?

Jared Moore is a Legend in his own mind.  If you have "Proof" that I "intentionally miss appointments to squeeze more money out of Customers", Pleeeeeease feel free to upload it to this website.  Nobody needs to email you to get any manufactured proof - put it up here for everyone to see!  I am simply a person that conducts business in a timely and ethical manner that chooses not to "float money" to companies like AMX Logistics.  You sign Contracts and Rate Confirmations that you have no intentions whatsoever of honoring - and that I am willing to upload the proof of to this website after the investigations are complete.  Jared Moore auhtorized a redelivery for a shipment that his Customer rejected until someone paid the Lumper Fees - which I was not willing to pay for them and then refused to pay anything at all until they were forced to.  Then deducted Fictitous "Customer Claims" that they cannot even porvide copies of with who Authorized them (becasue they know I have been doing business with this Customer for many, many years and know all of the Upper Management).  Oh well, Jared from Subway will make good company for Jared from AMX Logistics soon enough.

To the Driver for AMX that responded to my report of AMX Logistics Scams - please understand that all companies that operate Subsidiaries are actually tied together through the Principle Owners of the companies.  Without Mr. White's cash flow  from his trucking company, AMX Logistics would not even exist.  I will inform you that I do possess an email directly from Mr. White stating that the Scam Artist known as Jared Moore is in fact following Company Policy. 

So this does show that the entire system at AMX is in fact flawed and will suffer in all divisions when the time comes - which will be very soon.  I am happy that you, as a Truck Driver, are happy working there as there is not enough drivers that can say that these days.  There is investigation in progress as to AMX Logistics business practices, and we are awaiting the outcome of that investigation to file our claim for damages as this affects the amount of the claim that will be filed.  In my case, they illegally withheld Contracted Funds from payment and the load was actually 14 hours early but AMX Logistics refused to pay their Lumper fees and they do not have credit with me.

 I am an employee at amx trucking and im not sure if you know this but Amx logistics and Amx trucking are 2 separate companies. I have been trucking 10 years and I'm not sure if you realize this or not but how can a broker be responsible for your driver sitting 4 hours? I do alot of Ch Robinson runs and guess what? I sit and I wait. They have loads also that requires a lumper fee that amx trucking pays. So I'm not quite understanding your complaint. Amx trucking is One of the most honest down home companies I've ever worked for. In 5 years of working for them I have never been ripped off. Maybe your driver was late? Kinda what it sounds like.

Jared Moore is single handedly driving AMX into the ground - but his little pride meter registers too high for him to realize it.  AMX REFUSED to put their Lumper Fees in the Rate Confirmation - which IS the CONTRACT for the shipment being discussed.  He just plain expected me to carry him financially, and I don't do that for people of his character or businesses that refuse to sign a Credit Application.  When he didn't handle his business, we brought the load back in.  We were 14 hours early to the first appointment - arrived at 1000am on January 27, 2016 for a 2359 Appointment on Janauary 27, 2016 and AMX either couldn't or wouldn't pay their fee to their Customer.  Either way it doesn't matter, because we had to bring the load in and AMX refused to do anything but say "You just bought the load - we will file a claim".  When they found out that I was right and there was no claim as we followed the letter of the Rate Confirmation - they came crawling  back with a phone call the next day to BEG me to ReDeliver the load for them.  I told them it would require them to send a new Rate Confirmation with the $250 ReDelivery Fee added to the original rate and that I had that truck out working on our own Customers that pay for our services now as they seemed so confident the day before that I was purchasing the load.  Within minutes they sent the new Rate Confirmation.  We cleaned up their mess a couple days later when we had a truck and a driver free and promptly emailed all their paperwork and their walking papers.  

This company is broke, or at least will NOT pay their bills until they are forced to - and they will be forced to pay this one.  Jared just doesn't have enough intelligence to know any better.  I am willing to post ALL of the appropriate documents on this site Jared - are you?  Once you violated our Contract you became the bottom of the totem pole as far as priorities go, a place I think you hold in MANY companies eyes.  I LOVED the conversation I had with your previous employer, and why you are no longer employed there.  Old Whitey will wise up some day - or lose everything that has been handed to him.

Why don't we wait until we have the judgement in hand and post all of the documents at that time because you don't really have anything of value to post on your side.

Shawn is disgruntled and angry that he repetitively missed deliveries and wanted to squeeze AMX for extra money.  He changed his negotiated contract MID-SHIPMENT, which we agreed to, and then failed to make delivery again.  

I have to call into question any website that would allow somebody of this caliber to report another company without any fact-checking or communication; but I do understand that its the internet and you can write anything about anybody.

We did pass on late delivery fines from our customer to his company, Black Gold Enterprises after he missed 5 delivery days and pretty much cost our company business and damaged our reputation.  My advice - avoid using small owner-operator driven fleets like this guys unless you are really desperate.  He has this same reputation with many other freight brokerage companies, I am sure you can research those and see exactly what he is.
