The owner is correct, he never has done any work for me. The way he dealt with me while trying to get my business was a CLEAR indication of why not to let him do work. The facts are simple (1) he arrived at the home almost an hour earlier than a time HE set up. (2) He wanted entry into a home where there were only a minor was present. (3) When told no, he continued to push getting into the home until my the door was closed on him. (4) As he left the driveway, and the neighborhood, he drove his vehicle in a reckless manner, squealing tires, traveling at a high rate of speed because his anger got the best of him. (5) On a phone call later, rather than dealing with where he had gone wrong, he was nasty and bitter, and hung up on me. (6) Text messages then occurred that continued to show that his customer service BEFORE ever getting the job was HORRIBLE. I cannot image how he is after getting the job, or better yet, the money. The rest of his rebuttal is nothing more than a RED HERRING fallacy. He is trying to defect from his behavior by making crud comments about the neighborhood my mother-in-law lives in. This yard happens to be in Dunedin, which is very strict on yard conditions and would not allow dogs (plural) to roam the neighborhood. Additionally, there is more stinky fish fallacy indicating that I could not have paid for any services purchased. I dont think anyone needs for me to respond to this. His own ascertain of my finances will help anyone looking at this company understand why you would not want to do business with someone who makes such sweeping negative generalizations about a neighborhood, and a persons finances he has never met.
Rather than just apologize about his OWN behavior, he would rather take the path more traveled and not just take ownership of his horrible customer service. If his rebuttal had been, hey, it was a bad day, or what have you, I am sorry that I gave you bad customer service, then I would have gladly come on here and said, maybe he did learn his lesson, maybe this is a decent guy after all. Nope. No way. He would rather come out and call me a liar, and use bad spelling, horrible grammar, and overuse of quotes.
So let us not take my word for it.
-Feel free to look him up with the BBB. He has two complaints there (none of mine) where the BBB said they tried to resolve it, but was unsatisfactory to the client.
-Find them on yellowpages where user lesliederek on 5/14/2010 says The job was not finished, not done to our satisfaction and not done at the scheduled times.

I am the Owner & Individual that this person is referencing. I have never done any work for the person, so I do not know how he thinks he can review the Quality of my work. As far as the incident he references, I did try to give a FREE ESTIMATE. When I arrived, I asked the young person present if I could measure the Hardwood Floor area to put together a "BID". When he told me no, I left the property. There was no accident or any other kind of trouble at the scene, however; there were dogs roaming around the nieghborhood and junk in the yard. It was a less than comfortable nieghborhood, where I have given three other estimates in four years of running my business very successfully. I have not gotten any of the jobs, it is not my "Target Market" nieghborhood, to say the least. But I am always willing to work with my clients and their "Budgeting Issues". I knew when I pulled into the driveway the client would probably not be able to afford my "Professional Services", but as I said, I will always try to work with a client, it is a part of running a business. I have never done any work for this guy, and I being a straight shooter, am telling you he is "Lieing to You". I have many satisfied customers, that I can use as references, and I keep myself busy, usually working six days a week. I hope everyone who reads this has a "Joyous & Happy Holiday Season". Thank You.
