Andrew Mcmillin is a dangerously over meticulous business person who will is so incredibly detailed in his contracts -- that it borders on maniacal. For a simple website deisgn - he will give you over 15 pages
of information that is so weighted down in contractual verbiage -- that you would have to spend money with an attorney to review it.
And if you deviate one inch from his contract -- he will tell you he needs more money.
I backed out of working with him because I could sense he was so wound up -- and so UNflexible ... that it scared me to do business with him.
He told me he had been hit with some sort of explosion in Iraq -- and while I salute him for serving our great country --- he must have sufferred some
delusional affects -- to think any business owner is going to read a 15 page contract to do business with him.
And if you tell him you do not want to do continue dealing with him, he will post an attack on your good name -- here in Ripoff Report. He is a sick
individual. Instead of just parting ways -- he has the audacity to post an attack on my, AND HE HAS THE AUDACITY TO POST MY personal, private telephone # I gave him in strict confidence. He is scum to post such a vile and viscious Rip Off Repot. THE ONE AND ONLY REPORT is from him.
Having been in business for 5 years -- I never got one report, until this jerk decided his ego was hurt -- and could not handle rejection.
I am probably going to get an anti-harrassment order against him ... as he is now harrassing me now with this stupid RIP OFF REPORT.

I am wondering if honestly you are simply attacking me or if you have proof that what I said is inaccurate. if such I encourage you to describe in detail if what I said is true or not. Honestly, The owner Jerry Wasted my time and money and refused to cooperate.
