Andrews Air of Pensacola Andrews Air of Pensacola tried to sell My 89 year old mother in-law an all new complete inside and outside Air/Heating system by telling her both inside and outside units were leaking Freon when they both were not. Pensacola Florida
Andrews Air LLC of Pensacola told my 89 year old mother in-law that her whole A/C unit, inside and out had to be replaced because they were both leaking Freon. First, the odds of BOTH units leaking at the same time are slim to none! The outside unit still has 8 years left on a 10 year warranty that can be verified by any A/C guy and is not leaking. The system still cools, just not as much as it should. So it's a very small leak. They never even used a leak detector to look for a leak. Come to find out the system holds 8 pounds of Freon normally and it was only around 3/4 of a pound low. That is a very small leak over the two year period since it was last serviced when the outside unit was replaced. Andrews Air LLC wanted to sell my 89 year old mother in-law a whole new system “installed”, under false pretense. I told her to NEVER call them again!!!

I am the poster of the original review of Andrews Air of Pensacola. I tried to delete this review in its entirety but Ripoffreport would not let me. It seems they would rather have all reports posted on their website regardless of any and all inaccuracies including little things like THE WRONG COMPANY WAS REVIEWED according to their Terms of Service.
I posted this review concerning the wrong company. Please ignore it in its entirety.
