Responding to previous person saying they did not receive a report and Angela Curtis's response to contact her at [email protected] I also did not receive my report I ordered on Aug.9. Sent many emails and no response. I came here to find yet another email address as listed above and thinking maybe this time I can get through to her. But I am told by damon delivery I am not on her email address list so is not deliverable. This is an outrage. I really feel that Angela Curtis takes advantage of those of us that are a bit naive and too trusting. Instead of helping she is hurting those in need of authentic assistance. Wonder what she did with my $20.00!!!!!

Hello Denise I have read your comment about myself and my services. First of all I have to tell you that I always make a maximum of effort to respond to my clients and this is the reason that I am here today and that I am writing you a direct reply to this. I also make sure that my service works as well as possible so that my clients receive the product that they request, I am sure you agree with me that this is only fair! I sometimes come across clients who have had problems receiving their astrological readings and this is for a number of reasons. I resent the accusations I read here and if I am responding to this today it is to avoid the sort of misunderstanding we now seem to have between us. You can contact me on [email protected] to get hold of me personally and we can get the details of your difficulty sorted out straight away. I have all of my client's details on record and I can immediately tell when and where my clients ordered their reading, if the card they used was valid and if and when they received their reading by email. If you contact me then I can look at all of this information. If it turns out that I have made an error somewhere, and I sincerely hope that this isn't the case, then I will of course arrange a remboursement for you in the case that you have paid for a reading that you have never received and you now want this payment back. This is not at all a problem for me. Please get in to contact with me, I am Angela Curtis (and I must mention that I work alone and I am not in any way associated with any other 'internet astrologer' or any other internet service no matter what some people may think) and I am here to help get this difficulty sorted out.
