I was looking on Career Builders.com looking for something different in Customer Service Lines. I was interested in working from home and found what I thought would be perfect for making extra money processing rebates on line. I got sucked into Angela Penbrook Productions and her whole line. I paid for process, and immediately received my user name and password. They also promised a Quick Start Program to be delivered to my e-mail address within 5 minutes, and a 10,000 listing of companies and a 63 page Rebate Processors Certification Program information as well as an advisor that I could contact at any time. After about 45 minutes I called the toll free number and the person that I reached barely spoke English. She told me to wait 24 hours to receive it. I then hung up and called back and the same person answered the phone. I called back after getting off of work today and this person's Enlgish was a lot worse than the 1st one. I tried to get to speak with a supervisor and they kept telling me to contact the Customer Service via e-mail. I did and received an e-mail back stating that they would get back with me within 24 hours. Then searching the internet I found all of the complaints about this company. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and they told me that they have only authorized the charge, not processed it. In speaking with my credit card company, I was told to watch my statements and then dispute and they would not pay it and credit my account. I am still waiting for the charge to appear and will dispute the charges. I have also e-mailed the company and told them that I was disputing the charges and suggested they not process the charge.

I received an e-mail from the company stating that I would receive my refund within 5-7 days. I received my refund yesterday on my credit card statement. Actually the credit hit before the charge.
