Why is your complaint against Allied Interstate? It sounds like you are not happy with the service that was provide to you by AOL. Allied Interstate is handling an account that was sent to them for valid reasons. Your daughter used the services after cancellation. You should not file a complaint against a company unless you feel they did something wrong, not because you dont want to pay.

EVERY time you install aol it CLEARLY shows terms and conditions of use. If you failed to uninstall the program after being dissatified w/ service then it is your problem that someone else accessed the info after you terminated the agreement. You were in control of who accessed the account; not AOL. YOU NEED TO PAY THE BILL. Allied Interstate Im sure would gladly assist you in setting up payment arrangements but dont tell a sob story about how you cannot pay b/c you take highly addictive and expensive medication and are so lame as to expect the government to pay your overdue AOL bill. NO WHERE on the aol application do they even care to ask for personal information that would lead to a selective discrimination. GET A LIFE. Quit being a low life and pay Allied.
