Aol Net Market Ripoff Continuous charges on bank account Oakview Connecticut
Just finished complaining to AOL for the 5th time. AOL Net Market has been deducting from my bank account for over a year without permission. I alledgely signed up for the service when I was asked to try a towing service. How one computes with the other I don't know. When charges started showing up on my bank account I called AOL, again, and again, to cancel. I was told I should have received a package affirming my subscription with another phone number to call, but I never did. On other occassions I was redirected to AOL Net Marketing. In any event, I tried cancelling on numerous occasions, and though they claimed it was cancelled, it was not. This time, they told me it would take two months before cancellation takes affect. Yeah, right. I responded with a threat to press charges if even one more debit was found on my account by them.
