I also, was constantly being double-billed by AOL, they claimed I had more than one account.....problem partially solved by reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Last year in about August or so i found out that they were taking monies from my account electronically, even though they did not provide me with long distance service. when i called them and i did serveral times, getting switched from one rep to another and people who claimed to be supervisor. they finally said that they would credit my account for 1 month of stolen money of course they actually stole 2 times from my account unathorized, to this day i have never recieved on dime.
