AOL ripoff INTERNET
I reactivated my old AOL account while out of town, so I could use it for my email. When I got home (36 days later) and got my bank statement, AOL had charged me $20.00 for a reactivation fee, then a few weeks later charged me $154.00 for 1 month of service! I called them to ask why so much?
They told me that I had chose the plan to bring my own acess plan, and that was the total for the surcharges on my account. WHAT!!! I had went into the so called online billing and did all the activation and chose the $24.00 per month plan that was suppose to be unlimited... Now I know why I and so many of the people have stopped using AOL. What in the world are they thinking!
