Apple PayDay - TCF Bank Rip Me Off Apple Payday Promised To Work With Debt Consolidation With Me And Still Took Money Out Of My Account, And The Account With TCF Was On Hold And They Still Let Them Do I ripoff liars Chicago Illinois Internet
I got in contact with TCF Bank over the weekend and closed my account with them, not because of the payday loan but because they are a crappy bank. I few weeks ago I go a payday loan with Apple PayDay, one of those internet payday stores. I was paying on the account but I fell short of money. I did not want to fall behind or make them think I was trying to be fradulent, so I called them and asked if they worked with debt consolidation companies because I had heard that alot of loan companies will not work with debt consolidation companies.
Apple Payday told me yes, they work with these companies all the time. Great, so I get in contact with the debt consolidation company and they tell me fine. I look on the internet just to check to see if the old TCF account is still open and not only is it open but it is $377 in the whole. I called them and they told me that they don't see were the account was closed. I said how could you not see this, I had to go inside the bank in order to get the account closed in the first place. Then they told me to come in again to get all matters straightened out.
In the meantime I call Apple and asked them what happened to our agreement and they told me it must have been some type of computer error. I think that both of these companies are big ripoffs and liars. I should have known better not to get invovled with payday loans in the first place. I found this website and found so many things on it about these companies. When I get off of work I am going to TCF to get all of this straighten out.
They are a big ripoff to and any one who is thinking of opening an account with them needs to type their name in the search engine on the site. Stay away from both this bank and payday loans.

I find it interesting. There are many, many reports on this site, dealing with Pay Day Loan Companies, who have similar practices. People find themselves in need of cash, and end up in a worse situation than they were before they got the "emergency funds". Whenever I see a rebuttal, it's always someone, who blames the individual for trusting a Pay Day Loan Company, in the first place. They practically say "you deserve this!" That is such BS!!! It's like telling a girl who is raped, that it was her fault for wearing a mini-skirt. What these Pay Day Loan Scammers do to people is WRONG, period. There are honest companies out there, who always stick to the terms of the original agreement. They are not all crooks. Unless you call charging a high rate of interest a crime. As far as I know, they are within the limits of the law. Perhaps the government needs to regualte these companies, as they do with Mortgage Lenders? Perhaps there should be a predatory lending law in effect for these types of loan companies? I hope "Cory" never finds himself in a fianacial bind, where he feels he has no choice, but to trust a company, who promises a service, only to take $100's of dollars from him , without his consent.

First of all I did not even know about this site until after I got the account with them, when I read all of the postings I quickly closed the account, the same goes for the payday loan. I did not post this to get any sympathy from anyone, I posted that that people will not make the same mistake as I did you jack a*s. As far as the debt consolidation I am doing it on my own and there is a guy who works for one of those companies who is telling me the necessary letters to send my creditors about my accounts. So don't get on here trying to pass judgement on me I am reporting these people for the same reason others are posted them.

Lord, where does it stop. You are at a crappy, ripoff bank that has a number of negative posts on this site. You then jump further in the fire, by taking out a loan at a ripoff "payday" loan place that has terrible interest rates that sets you up to fail before you've even started. True to nature, you can't make your payments, so you run to a ripoff "debt consolidation" company to bail you out. Do you see a pattern here? Then you get on this site and call THEM big ripoffs and liars. I think you should take your own advice and stay away from banks and payday loan places.
