VICTIMS of this PREDITOR- PLEASE REPORT THIS COMPANY TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. Call the appropriate legal authorities, newspapers, John Stossel, 60 Minutes, 20/20, national news, the BBB, etc. and request an investigation. It's time for action.

Every report depicts the same tactics. It appears obvious that this company is, at best, a scam. But the rip off is potentially more than a job horribly done and a ridiculous waste of time and money- it's potentially criminal fraud. If so, the company should be closed and the individuals involved held legally accountable for their participation. (But if, in fact, they are merely negligent and terrible at their jobs, they'll appreciate the exoneration.)

Apply-2-Save sends questionable "cease and desist" warnings as scare tactics in response to reports and complaints. That's not nice. Neither is their scam. I, for one, am sick of deception and greed. It's time to fight back.

I'm seriously concerned with the implications of Apply-2-Save having ALL of my info.- including bank and investment account numbers (complete with 1 year's worth of scanned statements, routing #'s, etc.), SS #, my "release" signature, personal information, etc. Are you? People under duress are easy victims. If my worst suspicions are correct, this company HAS to be stopped. An investigation is absolutely necessary. Please take the necessary action. Let's unite.

#2UPDATE EX-employee responds

Tue, April 07, 2009

I am a former employee of Apply 2 Save (or for the last 3 months, Federal Loan Modification Law Center). Fed Mod was served papers yesterday by the Federal Trade Commission (check it out on their front page under headlines, www.ftc.gov), and now Apply 2 Save is trying to back-pedal to get out of trouble. For any homeowner that was a client of Apply 2 Save, (or Federal Loan Modification Law Center that ended up with Apply 2 Save), we need you to come forward. The FTC needs each homeowner to file an individual complaint by calling 1.877.FTC.HELP (1.877.382.4357). Your help is appreciated in helping bring down these companies and in making sure the victims receive compensation. If you could also respond to me with your contact info, I'd be more than happy to contact you, or keep the information for the federal investigation that is taking place right now. You can email me at [email protected]. Thank you...

I agree with you 150% about this company. It seems that everyone basically has the same experience with them. I have complained to anyone and everyone and unfortunetely I have gotton no where and these people are still scamming innocent people out of their homes. If you decide to do anything, please let us all know, I can't speak for all, but I know I will definetely get involved.
