I am in the unfortunate position of having to rely on Apria to provide me with CPAP/APAP supplies and equipment.  

I have two insurers, Medicare as primary, Kaiser Permanente as secondary.  I don't think they have EVER been able to properly bill my two insurers for equipment and supplies.  I always have to get on the phone with someone and explain that I don't have to pay the 50% co-pay for my Kaiser insurance because Medicare is my primary insurer, not Kaiser and I'll be happy to pay the remainder after BOTH insurers have been billed and have paid.  And by the way, Medicare pays 80%, Kaiser pays 50% so my co-pay should be about dit.  

They always manage to get the biliing for a particular order fixed, but the next time I need supplies, I have to go through the same d**n drills.  Oh, and they did the same thing when I had Medicare and Blue Shield,  so the problem is systemic within Apria.
