This company is not legitimate but they claim they are.  They rip people off  big time.  They have a companyoverview every Wednesday and Thursday at 1:00pm and 9:00pm.  They said, they are a national recruiter and when you join them, all you have to do is just posting jobs at craigslist or any job posting site and they provide both the job posting sites and job orders and they also provide full training and support.

I join them and I pay $317.  After I joined them, they just sent me a package telling me how to start a recruiting staffing agency which I have already done that in the past and I've already know who to start that.  When I log into their website, their training videos are just something that they went over with some people in past and not live and also, when I log into their training room, there's 2 people there, and all they do just tell you to go back and watch those videos and they call it training.

I posted their job orders into craigslist, I received resumes for those job postings.  Every candidates(resumes) that I've sent to them, they always said, the candidates are not qualified or their resume backgrounds are off and trying to make excuses.  I found 1 candidate that has everything that matches the job requirements but he is not local and I have talked to him and told him that they are not paying for relocation and the candidate said, he is willing to relocate by himself if he gets the job but they said no, they won't hire somebody that is not local even when the candidate is willing to relocate by emselves.

Finally, I then found another candidate that is qualified and her backgrounds and all the requirements meet the job orders requirements(she's local, and has all the experience and qualifications) but they said, oh that position is not in the city where she lives, its a different location so since she is not local, they won't hired her.  I've told ARA that in the job order, it says Cincinnati and not Cleveland.  How come now they changed the location to Cleveland? Are they legitimate or they just a scam company?  They then block all the job orders and even their supporting room from me.  I've just throw away $317 which I don't even have.  I just borrow to pay for that scam company so that I get a job.
