Current Balance: $3,825.69 - Approved Settlement: $2,677.98 - Accepted monthly Payment: $50.00 - Once the settlement amount is paid, you will receive your 'Paid In Full Letter' releasing you from all liability regarding this account. - Then there are 3 options
I can make monthly payments of $50.00 or Change Payment Arrangement or Pay the Settlement in full. Then in small print at bottom of page: "unless you notify this office within 30 days after receiving this notice that you dispute the validity of the debt or
any portion thereof, this office will assume that the debt is valid. If you notify this office in writing within 30 days of from receiving this notice, this office will: obtain verification of the debt or obtain a copy to the judgment and mail you a copy of the judgment or
verification. they will provide me with the original original creditor, etc. etc. blah, blah, blah...this is all a lie!!!
