ara Sent a letter to me saying i owed money for a car wanted my bank acct Schaumburgh, Illinois
got a letter in mail saying i owed so much money ned to pay in full or call and make payments they wanted to settle with lower amount if i gave them a bank acct information if not then they was going to take me to court.

I hope you didn't fall for this!! It is a scam. These scammers can't put you in jail nor can they get a lawsuit against you. And please, never ever give anybody and I mean anybody your bank acct. info. They will drain you dry. Unless you already have caller ID sign up for it immediately and don't answer any number you don't recognize.
