I am a customer of the Perfector. When I purchased the unit at a tradeshow, I was told that it would replace Botox and increase my salon's revenues immediately. They promised me I would receive marketing materials and my name would be on their website. They sent me marketing cards, but they looked like a direct advertisment for their company... not my salon. When I call to replace my gel, I sometimes call for days before there is a call back. Then when I fianlly do get a hold of someone, it is someone new that knows nothing. I am not impressed the the customer service or support. It always seems like a bunch of kids pointing a finger at someone else. I paid nearly $17,000. - minus a 30% discount for a machine the is only a year old. Now they are already selling me on a new upgrade comining out. I am not interested and would advise anyone looking to buy a unit to check out the other microcurrent machines for MUCH LESS. The additional money was not shown to me in results. Buyer Beware!!!

No, this machine does not work, it does nothing. I know, I paid a fortune for treatments and nothing happened!!!!!

To whom it may concern, when you have amazing technologies like this you often times have some growing pain issues that you have obviouly experienced. For this we appologize. When things like this happen we do our best to resolve the situation. There has been some staff changes due to some similar complaints as this one. So it did not go unnoticed, or without resolve. This does not mean that the equipment is not amazing. There are clients out there getting more than amazing results with their equipment and they have happy customers that continue to come back month after month. Why? Because it works. You are right.. Why?? because Arasys Perfector buys those machines for $3500.00 from the UK and then turns around and sells them for $19000.00.. they will give one customer a discount but not the next.. and just so this former customer knows..that machine they bought at the trade show.. it was not new.. they have there own packaging system in the office.. they repackage all the machines once they receive them in hawaii.. they also sent there loaner machines to the UK to get them upgraded last year and then re-sold them for the full price making the customers think they were brand new.. you won't believe the fraud that is being committed by a company that could be worth millions.. and the poor people in the UK that came up with these bright ideas are being taken advantage of and then being pushed to the curb... I am sorry to the customer above who this happened too.. but I will tell you one thing.. you will see justice come to play here really soon!!
