This site sells online services for games including Arena Carrying and Rating Boosting for World of Warcraft which I purchased on February 5, 2014.

I was sceptical to begin with as Id never made a purchase like this before but after speaking with James Ayotte (baddieisbest) about the process and being able to pay through Paypal I felt reassured that if something was to go wrong I would be protected. Little did I realise that Paypal dont protect virtual goods transactions which these people use to their advantage.

I originally wanted to purchase the Arena Master package but was convinced to purchase Gladiator instead and was told I had to pay upfront before they would do anything. So I paid the $585 and was assured it would be completed overnight.

When I woke up to Skype messages the next morning saying that they werent able to complete my order because I didnt have enough gear suddenly and that I could gear myself or pay them another $300 to get it for me I wasnt impressed. I said I didnt have time to do that so Id like a refund. I was then told they dont offer refunds and to refer to their website where it says this (in the smallest font possible). I ended up doing it myself and paying a further $250 to change my order to Arena Master after all. They completed the 3v3 portion of the achievement within a few days and I began to feel confident they would complete the rest of the order soon.

After a further few days of nothing, the excuses became abundant. They told me they would continue to do further parts of the achievement but when nothing had been done for another week I began to ask questions. Apparently end of season approaching meant they couldnt finish what Id paid for in time. I said okay but that they had better finish it as soon as the new season started, which was in another 2 weeks. Once the new season began I was asked for my account details again (apparently they cant keep this under control) and was told that ArenaCarry would be going on vacation but that since I had to wait so long most of my order would be completed while they were away.

After another 2 weeks of nothing and my 40 days to dispute with Paypal running out I decided to open a claim to try to get at least some of my money back. Once they had returned from vacation they were messaging me on Skype threatening to abandon my order if I didnt close the claim and accusing me of trying to scam them out of money. I stated why I had opened the claim in the first place and instead of apologising they gave me a 24 hour ultimatum to close the dispute or forfeit my money. I knew they wouldnt give me the money back either way or complete my order as they had now had well over a month to do so, so I left the claim open hoping that once I was given the opportunity to provide evidence to my claim that I could prove they had scammed me.

This is when I learned Paypal dont provide protection for buyers of virtual items and where I wasnt given any opportunity to provide proof. The seller only has to provide the words "Virtual Transaction" and Paypal immediately dismiss the claim and let them keep peoples money.

James Ayotte then decided to message me on Skype and gloat about the fact they had been able to keep my money and that I should have taken his "offer".

I am putting this out there in the hopes nobody makes the same mistake as me and lets these scumbags get away with taking more peoples money. Do some research, many people have been scammed out of thousands at a time by these people and then been messaged afterwards being told what idiots they are.

DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS THE TIME OF DAY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
