Arizona Auto Enforcement Recovery Service and Repairs Mark Neal Want a auto shop to strong arm you for payment and hold your property hostage? Thats what happened to me. glendale, Arizona

I was recommended to go see Mark Neal owner of Arizona Auto Enforcement Recovery Service and Repairs to see about a repair job for my personal vehicle. This being a valve job on a motor. There was a verbal agreement between parties to get the job done in a timely manner in exchange for payment.
My experiences were never the less UNPLEASANT. I was promised multiple dates of completion to get my vehicle back in working order none of which were met. After 3 weeks of false promises i then lost all confidence in my arrangement with the owner. After 3 weeks of experiencing very poor customer service, and a rude treatment i then terminated the agreement and attempted to take my business elsewhere.
The owner then explained that he had invested money in to repairing my vehicle and wanted to be reimbursed. I explained that he can keep his parts, the contract was terminated and to please return what rightfully belonged to me less the parts he paid for. This was not met.
After multiple attempts to retrieve my property i had no success. By this time i had already taken steps and expense to have another party finish his unfinished job. I just needed to remove my property from the possession of Arizona Auto Enforcement Recovery Service and Repairs to get it to the right hands.
After a week of failed negotiations the owner allowed me to retrieve my vehicle. Come to find out my motor was missing and he was holding on to it. I then requested to retrieve my motor. I then was met with extremely hostile treatment and was informed by the owner that if i wanted my property back i was to pay him for his parts. He was holding my belongings hostage for payment.
This to me is NOT GOOD business. How ever my personal business was suffering at the time and i needed a vehicle badly. So to further the job and get my property back i was forced in to paying him for parts i don't need. This is WRONG and not a good practice. I discourage anyone from doing business with this establishment based on my experiences.

I found it very hard to take this man's comments on this company seriously. I have known the owner of this business for quite sometime, and have had my vehicle serviced by him on multiple occasions. I think it is ridiculous that someone would slander the name of a company without presenting all factual evidence.
As somewhat of an "insider" to the working world of Arizona Auto Enforcement, I talked to the owner immediately about this case. I told him to be very truthful with me, and that he was.
It turns out the writer of this complaint is a liar!!!! He is actually a very discredited person whom is what I would like to call a menace to society. He is a known alcoholic, with a breathalyzer in his car. That right there is a red flag that perhaps his complaint was no more than hurtful words during a drinking binge. A person who has to be tested to make sure he will not get behind the wheel inebriated (and possibly hurt an innocent person) does not seem like the most trustworthy of people. This man is not trusted by society, so take a second to think why would you trust him.
In fact, this man refused to pay for services on his car, and tried to get things done by heckling the owner of Arizona Auto Enforcement. It is funny that he does not include the portion in this report where the owner of the business refused to return parts because services were not paid for. Instead, the complainer tries to state that his "parts were being held as ransom."
The only thing I take away from this man's complaint is that the world is full of liars, and if you want the truth you should go straight to the man in charge. I strongly recommend Arizona Auto Enforcement for any type of vehicle needs and can proudly say this company is great when you need your car repaired in a quality way, for not much money.
