Arlene Melnik was caught road raging through heavy traffic with a small child in her vehicle. This occurred in December of 2020 in Phoeinx AZ near the Paradise Valley Mall. She was driving approximately 60 miles an hour while weaving through traffic. Unfortunately people like this will find themselves in careers working with animals because they don't do well with people. This would be a prime example of when this individual thought they were without consequences, and completely annonymous. That sort of mentality is what makes people like this road rage in other peoples' communities; they simply think they will not get caught.
